Imgenic AI-Generated Images License Agreement

License to Images

Imgenic permits you to search, view, and download images that are generated by our artificial intelligence algorithms (“Images”). We provide you with an irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide copyright license to use images from Imgenic for free, including for commercial purposes, without requiring permission or attribution.

Please note, this license does not include the right to:

  • Use trademarks, logos, or brands that appear in Images.
  • Use images of people if they are recognizable in the Images.
  • Use works of art or authorship that appear in the Images.

If you download images with any of these depicted in them, you may need the permission of the brand owner or individual depending on how you use the Image.

Prohibited Uses

Despite the broad license, there are a few restrictions:

  • You may not sell or distribute Images (either in digital or physical form) on a standalone basis. Standalone means where no creative effort has been applied to the Image and it remains in substantially the same form as it exists on our website.
  • You may not use Images in any immoral or illegal way.
  • You may not use Images in a misleading or deceptive way.

Acceptable Uses

While the above are exceptions, our license is broad and allows for a wide variety of uses. Here are just a few examples:

  • Commercial Use: Feel free to use the images in your commercial projects, such as websites, digital marketing materials, print advertising, or merchandise designs.
  • Educational Use: Our images can be used in presentations, educational materials, and within online or offline courses.
  • Personal Use: Use our images in personal projects, such as home decor, personal websites, or social media posts.
  • Artistic Projects: Feel free to incorporate our images into your artwork, including digital art, collage, mixed media projects, and more.

These are just guidelines! As long as your use is not expressly prohibited, feel free to get creative with how you use our images.

AI-Generated Content

All Images are generated by artificial intelligence and do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or moral rights. The Images are original works generated by our AI and are free of any claims of authorship by individuals or entities.
